If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products are eligible for a full refund or equivalent replacement within 30 days of the original purchase date.
An original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Refunds or replacements will be provided for the original purchase price as stated on the receipt and in the same tender provided by the customer for the original purchase (cash, credit, etc.). In the event the original tender is not available, a Rexall Gift Card will be issued for the lowest advertised price.
No returns or exchanges will be processed on prescription medication, lottery, bus tickets/passes, phone cards, stamps, gift cards or any clearance items. Other exclusions may apply.
Customers are required to sign a refund receipt to verify that the refund has been completed. Personal information collected during a return is used for auditing purposes only. All copies of the Personal information are stored securely. Electronic copies are erased at the end of the operating day and paper copies are shredded one year from the return date.
