Easily refill your prescriptions online.
Save time by refilling your prescription online at your preferred Rexall Pharmacy from your phone, tablet, computer, or the Be Well app.
Start an online prescription refill here or through the Be Well app. Fill out the online form with the details of your prescription, such as prescription number, pharmacy location, and contact information. Refill prescriptions will be sent directly to the pharmacy where your prescription was previously placed for convenient pick-up, or request that your prescriptions be shipped directly to your home.

If you’re looking to transfer your prescriptions to another Rexall Pharmacy that’s more convenient for you, start by completing the online transfer request form available on our website or the Be Well app.
Option 1: Prescription Refill using a Prescription Number
To refill prescriptions online through Rexall.ca, you can complete the three-step form here using the information on your prescription label. As you complete each step, the next one will appear.
- Provide your prescription number and date of birth.
- Determine your location for your prescription refill by searching for your preferred Rexall Pharmacy by phone number or postal code.
- Select your refill location and confirm your order. The location you choose must match the location on your prescription label.
- We’ll notify you when your prescription is ready for pick-up by phone, text, or email.
Option 2: Prescription Refill using the Be Well App
Completing an online prescription refill is easy with the Be Well app.
- First, sign in or create an account on the Be Well app.
- Link the app to your preferred pharmacy location.
- Go to the Health tab to locate your prescriptions, and tap Refill.
- Next, choose a convenient date and time to pick up your refill at your preferred Rexall Pharmacy.
- Confirm your order and wait for your prescription to be filled. We’ll notify you when your prescription refill is ready for pick-up.
